Update default single colours and line thickness
Great package!
It would be great if the default line thickness was a bit thicker. Too thin lines are a common complaint of default r graphs.
It would be great if the default colour for lines/fills when there is only one colour and dhhs_colour_manual has not been set is navy or another colour in the DHHS pallette rather than black.
