Ability to compare control logic in parallel simulation

Currently I can only run one simulation at once with one controller in place. Instead I would like to be able to compare two simulations against buildings with an identical number of floors and elevators, and whose arrivals are centrally generated and applied to both buildings. This way I can watch in real time as one controller outperforms another under simulated conditions.

Ability to plug in custom control logic

I want to be able to write some controller that plugs into the elevate CLI and watch how my custom control logic performs against the simulation. I'm not 100% sure how this mechanism will work, but it would be nice to have this in place.

Ability to use any out-of-the-box controller in simulation

Currently I need to rebuild the CLI in the event I want to simulate with new control logic in place. I want to be able to simulate using any controller that is currently implemented in the elevate-lib package.
