欢迎通过 Issue 指出翻译问题，也欢迎通过 Pull Request 参与。要更新一篇文章的翻译，

1. 请参考 开始翻译 编辑相应的文件。
2. 把自己添加到贡献列表中：npm ci && ./node_modules/.bin/all-contributors add <your_github_username> doc。doc 之外的其他类型请参考 Emoji键 ✨ (和贡献类型)。
3. 本地编译需要构建 Fortran 编译器，可以先发 PR 看 Github Actions 编译的效果再继续做改动。

translate-info 中的“翻译指南”超链接是一个不存在的 wiki : "https://github.com/whatwg-cn/html/wiki/翻译指南"
据我分析，这个超链接应该是"https://github.com/whatwg-cn/html/wiki/开始翻译"

请问，我们可不可以保留英文原本，在每段文本上，以tip形式展示译文（类似于划词翻译）？

“元数据有时也是流失内容”这一句的“流失内容”错误，应改为“流式内容”。

tooltip 中的问题和增强

• tooltip 中的 “查看原文” 链接锚点不正确。似乎是取的当前 url 的锚点。考虑是删掉呢，还是跳到正确的锚点？
• 增加一些特殊的样式，提示用户翻译已经过时？
  • 问题：哪些翻译已经过时？不然不好调试……
• Living Standard 那个地方居然也有 tooltip 了……
• 有的页面 h2 没有提示……？
