dataplicity-porthole-releases's Issues

Porthole is not working

I am very excited when I heard what porthole can do. But when I install it ops, it's not working, so disappointed.

Porthole does not work for the moment version 1.51.24.4

Hi,
I installed porthole 1.51.24.4 in a windows computer. Thanks to dataplicity, I successed to reach a raspberry connected via a 4G modem but I 'm stuck with reaching the raspberry via ssh thanks to porthole. Putty(sftp, localhost, port 10123) is showing immediately a pop up windows:the server closed connection.
Do you have any idea on that?

Thanks in advance,
David

Porthole Dropping Connection

Recently, on my Windows PC, I am not able to connect to any device using Porthole by SSHing to my LO address. The devices however, show up online on my browser and I can access the console without any problem. Please advise.

Getting "Server unexpectedly closed network connection"

I've just downloaded and installed Porthole from the Dataplicity page.
That version right now is outdated. Downloaded the latest version from within the Porthole app.
Followed this guide, entered my credentials, selected my device, chose my port, tried connecting with Putty, and nothing.
Then tried connecting with Filezilla and got the same result.
Tried changing the port multiple times, yet the same result.

Here's a screenshot.
