The doc says Varnish 3 is a requirement. That statement seems outdated since Varnish 4 came out in 2014 and Varnish 5 came out in 2016. What's the compatibility situation?

Would you be open to joining forces with this repository since they both have the same goals?

I was using this plugin for mobile detection through varnish. While i was using, i found that the wget link given in README is not the proper link and giving 404 error. I tried to fix and make a pull request but i dont have permission. So, if you can give me permission, i want to fix this and want to contribute. Let me know.

Hi! I have multi site host and have a problem.
I used yours:
Sample use case: Normalize the user-agent string for the backend

It shows device correctly in logs, but serves same cache for both.

Is there a way to easily identify feature phones? Do they naturally correspond to one of the "if" blocks or patterns in your VCL code?

(Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask questions. And thanks for actively maintaining this code!)

[root@server1 varnish]# service varnish status
varnishd dead but pid file exists

Not sure why but I looks that fails against some user-agents like Android; Galaxy Nexus AppleWebKit/537.22 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/25.0.1364.8 Mobile Safari/537.22
