What needs to be done before/on Thursday:

-Reliability Paper: Deron's making progress

-Presentation: I'll do that soon

-PCB Testing: I programmed the microcontroller, but we don't know what is 
needed to start the satellite. We plugged it into the wall and nothing happened.

-Order PCB's: This needs to be done as soon as possible, for both the 
satellites and the remote.

-Build model enclosures: John will complete by this weekend

-Prepare questions for design review tomorrow, read through proposal of Team 3

That's pretty much it for now.

Create code module for RTC on Smart Satellite.  Sunday Meeting milestone.

A possibility includes having a counter in an Interrupt Service routine and 
incorporating the count with Timer1 which the Servo motors are already using in 
order to infer the frequency.

Create code for Light to Frequency Converter.  Sunday Meeting milestone.
