Should be integrated into Edit Inmate workflow or maybe something that can be done from search results directly when location info in our db do not match DOC/FBOP query response. Requires either remapping & migrating our current location data to DOC/FBOP naming conventions or other schema / logic changes to allow the values.

for Kentucky inmates, DOC link and parole/release/facility info

So they don't slow the page down at load time making requests to the DOC server but also display as soon as possible
