withbodyfile(..) hardcoded __files expectation about wiremock

It was easier to implement that way because it meant I could use Jetty's default servlet for file serving. There's not reason in principle to enforce that restriction, but I don't see it as a priority to change it.

Hey Tom,

First of all, great framework! I'm trying to use it @ work, but I have to agree with NickV82, it would be very nice if the __files expectation was not enforced. Its counter-intuitive, and this behaviour is also not covered in the documentation. In my project, I now have to make a __files folder, while my project uses different and strict naming conventions (and are not at all happy with me breaking our conventions).

Agree it's not ideal and this is on my list to fix. I'm not getting much time to work on this at the moment though.
