Need to fix this.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new spreadsheet on google docs.
2. Query spreadsheet from java program (not example program).
3. Exception thrown:database query failed, table not found.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the results of the query. (i.e. one line of table where 
parameter='value'

Instead the program throws an exception.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
gdocjdbc 0.01 on a Linux operating system. (uname info below)

Please provide any additional information below.

This error will be resolved if I run the example program (execute the ant 
script from the command line, enter my gmail credentials, enter the query, and 
I will get the correct result). I can then go back to my application and run 
the query and it will return the correct result. I think there is some sort of 
initialization that must be going on in the test program and I would suggest 
rolling this into the driver to make the driver more robust.

I think Google uses other types of authentication driver should support
that as well.

The driver needs to accept a property that will re-cache the data.
