基于Halcon的一款通用图像处理工具
1、优化程序架构，减少项目之间的引用，将所有工具类归并到一起，对工具和主函数之间进行解耦 2、增加Project概念，并对项目进行保存和载入。 3、优化LOG显示，修复一些其他的bug
对加密的部分可删除掉后，新建一个相同的cs文件，对其中调用的方法及字段自动生成。 该版本后期会进行大幅更新，想办法去掉所有的加密部分。
