Store the original points fed to the smoothing/fitting process so that the results can be reproduced.

Currently, this is done by copying the whole object to a new variable. It would be more ideal if original points were retained within the original object e.g.:

Simplify groan.tlag(), groan.that(), groan.capacity(), groan.generations() by removing "groan." from name.

It is expected that:

plot(X, col=1:length(X))

will color all points in each subplot in the grid a different color by subplot. Instead, the points within the data within each subplot are colored by point.

Change so that a vector of colors can be supplied. This will help identify similar wells (based on annotation) much easier.

Create appropriate S3 methods to plot Curves objects using lines() and points() to make overlaying smoothed data easier.
