USPM segmentation fault after download (only in unreleased version)

Describe the bug
When running USPM on latest commit 4596bb0 USPM will break after downloading the package.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run uspm i test as root

Expected behavior
The program will install
