본 튜토리얼을 구동하기 위해선, 최소 쿼드코어 CPU와 8Gb 메모리 이상의 컴퓨터가 필요합니다. 튜토리얼에 사용하는 데이터는 맨 아래 섹션인 Appendix에서 찾을수 있습니다. 튜토리얼의 데이터는 1000 Genome Project의 high coverage depth WGS VCF 중 염색체 22번 일부를 임의로 추출하였습니다.
