Can you suggest a good documentation for adding charts in ckeditor 4
https://ckeditor.com/cke4/addon/chart I already got this but its implementation in react is not very clear
their documentation isnt also very clear about addding chart plugin in ckeditor4

1. Open the editor.
2. Insert a chart.
3. Result: a chart is inserted, but it does not render until one switch to source mode and back.

Expected result: a chart should render correctly.

Would you like to update plugin with last version of Chart.js which is now 2.3?
You support only old version 1.1.

I am working on web app in laravel. I intigrate ck editor and chart plugin. I am saving all ck editor data into database. but while loading page saved chart is not coming. How solve this problem

chart type bar works fine.

Solution:
Change line 98 in widget2chart.js

from:
if ( chartType != 'bar' ) {

to:
if ( chartType != 'bar' && chartType != 'line' ) {

when i enable this plugin in drupal.

The entire CKeditor dissapears - is this something that can be fixed?

plugin install breaks with ckeeditor 4.5.11, depedenties are covered but cannot install this plugin in IPS4 with ckeeditor 4.5.11

First at all thank you so much for the contribution, worked perfectly for CKEditor 4.3.

Do you think it's interesting to add more charts? Line chart for example, i think the current input is enough to create line charts.

Very often we have chart data as table with name-value columns (for example, in Excel-like xls file or table in browser page). At now we must manually fill each value by hands, and if values is many, this is too long work.

Will be good to have ability to paste table data from clipboard in one field (for example - data rows separated by tabulation) and script will parse them, and build the chart.

So we can add button "Import from clipboard" that replace current form with textarea, and function that converts text rows with tabulation to array. Can you add something like this in your plugin?

Could you let me know the base version of ckeditor.js file on which chart plugin is built. I am facing compatibly issue in version 3.6.6.1 and version 4.3.5

I test Version: 1.0.2 and Version: 1.0.0 of Chart.js plugin but not working, i guess it's not compatible with Ckeditor 4.7.2 for now.

any idea to fixe this issue ?
