UB in deferred.rs
This code is UB because on line 58 you write a single pointer (one word) to the Data buffer, but on like 68 you assert that the entire thing is initialized, but the two lower bytes aren't.
To fix this either write zeros to the lower bytes or just have Data be MaybeUninit.
Use a collector level flag to clean up garbage more frequently when it hits a certain threshold

The current implementation always stores garbage in a single global queue. For maximum performance we should take inspiration from DEBRA and store smaller lists of garbage locally per thread per collector.
