DISCONTINUED (I AM NO LONGER THE MAINTAINER)

Adds a whole slew of new implants and organs for colonists, by adding new parts that have been evolved beyond what could naturally have been created.

DESCRIPTION
  • Adds new researches to unleash the power of evolution.
  • Adds a new crafting station to work on stuff
  • Adds new resources:
  • Extra limbs: You want a cool sword made of your bones on a third arm? You got it. You want a tail with a giant ass stinger? You got it. You want a GUN arm?!?! You got it. SEVEN (so far) different options for each of your 4 arm slots! (normal arm, arm sword, arm mace, arm tentacle, arm claw, arm shield)
  • Many new organs: Want more lungs? Sure bro. Want more glands to turn you into a beast in combat? Sure bro. WANT TO GO FAST? HERE ARE SOME WINGS BRO (disclaimer: you cannot actually fly over walls with wings...yet)
  • Advanced versions of normal organs: Now noses can actually DO SOMETHING INSTEAD OF JUST EXISTING TO BE PUNCHED IN THE FACE!
  • If you're a cheekly little bugger and want to see the organ stats, wait like a week when I post the stats on Github

localization files

Hi, Xahkarias.

There a request: Can you made references from patches file for future localizations.
I made a russian translation, but there no files from Cryogenic Slime Cannon, Impulse Shock Blaster
(Prosthetic Combat Framework patch) ets.

Unable to bring resource in the vat organ

I'm unable to bring the last resource for grow the organ of the mod in the organ vat of QEE, I have the resource and all the research needed but the game tell me "No bills currently queued".

The rest of the organ of QEE seems to work and I can create clone.

Can't implant Neural Hyperthreader on the pawn

I found out its problem with Expanded Prosthetics and Organ Engineering - Forked mod. With this mod you can install brain organs through prepare carefully but operations for them doesn't show up in operation tab. I still can install them though Medical Tab mod.

Mod compat request: Pawnmorpher

Currently, the tailbone is added regardless of whether another mod adds the part for humans. In PM's case this means that the pawn can have two tails (unless PM is loaded after EOR, since PM checks if it already exists.)

A similar system of checking whether the Tail def exists in the pawn before adding it should fix this and allow the two mods to be loaded in any order relative to each other. :)

issue with neural hyperthreader

expected/correct - install neural hyperthreader does nothing with already installed things like psychic amplifier and circadian assistant.

actual behaviour-installed neural hyperthreader replace psychic amplifier and/or circadian assistant (may be other Royality brain upgrades). And if you pawn have more than 1st level of psychic amplifier, levels other than the first will be lost.

steps to reproduce the problem -

  1. install psychic amplifier (levels 1-6) and/or other brain implants.
  2. try to install in psychic ampflied pawn neural hyperthreader.

from other side: if you pawn already has neural hyperthreader - no issue with installs psychic amplifier and/or other brain implant.

Overwriting Human def

You should probably be patching the main Human def as opposed to overwriting it and adding parts as it might cause instability, and overwriting Core defs is generally bad practice.

kijin patch troubles

as i mentioned on the workshop page i can't install the extra organs for now i'm just going to list the mods in my unsuccessful bare bones test run

Patch Error in EVOR_Patch_0B_QEE.xml

Found another. Line 432 of the referenced file is the patch for producing the liver using QEE's organ vat. Works great, but produces a kidney instead.

Error involving Rah's patch

Just downloaded this mod and got a redtext error on startup. Looked into it. It appears that the patching process for RBSE compatability adds a second comps field to EVOR_OrgBase in the EVOR_Item_OrganBase.xml file. Went and looked, and the unpatched xml has a comps on line 26 near the bottom. Pulled that out and the redtext error went away since it wasn't seeing two of the same thing.

Is that empty comps entry necessary in the unpatched version, or can it be removed? Most of my modding experience is reverse-engineering, so I'm unsure on that. Thanks for the otherwise neat looking mod!

Mind-destroying Cthulhu tentacles

I know 1.1 takes all priority and please take all the time you need for it! I'm just gonna throw this brainstorm stuff I got out here, for potential use in whenever.

Idea 1: Integration with Lovecraft/Cthulhu mods, so you can rip cosmic horrors apart into weird cosmic goo that you can then grow into weird abominable limbs that give you sick modifiers, but also make your pawn REALLY unhappy or do other unwanted stuff. You could add the random berserker effect (like with "butcher's nails") to it, but then it's just another useless part you never use, so I'd suggest stuff like:

Dark Young Tentacle Cluster; adds +40% sight and +40% manipulation, but also adds a -40 mood debuff.

or

Star Vampire Digestive Tract; +1 billion metabolism, +shitload of breathing, -50% bleed rate, but adds permanent addiction (like Luciferium) to "Blood". Blood can be drawn from live pawns (like in the Medical IV's mod) or sucked out of fresh, corpses. Make the blood requirements strong enough to require like 4 normal feed-pawns for continuous feeding of 1 Star Vampire-enhanced pawn.

Heck, any trade-offs would be interestingly really. Imagine the nano-filter lung occupying the normal lung slot, so you have to choose between toxic immunity or extra breathing. Or maybe make it so things can go in weird places, like you can put an extra lung in place of someone's arm. Or a secondary brain where his right leg should be. Or a super-charged heart that decreases bleeding rate but also decreases metabolism.
