Latest update of xamarin for visual studio has build error on android

After updating to latest stable of xamarin, trying to compile android triggers this error: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/38222584/warning-major-version-52-is-newer-than-51-the-highest-major-version-supported-b. Installing version 1.8 of JDK, and having xamarin point to it fixed the issue.

Suggest to add some info about this in lab README

Adjusting controllers to a fixed width

Item 10 of this guide recommends making the controls to have the same width, but does not include instructions that make this easy using the handles of the "Dragging Controls." If I try to set the width of a text box or a button to C, the width does not become C. It appears to approximate Wn = W(n-1) + 0.6*(C-W(n-1)), where W(n-1) is the width it was before the drag. Can you please include instructions? Thanks.

I was wondering if you're planning on an update for the slide decks after all the Build announcements?

How to work with several "Speakers" easy tables

Is the possible to access from Xamarin different tables with same structure in Azure, defined as easy tables ?
For instance in azure are defined the "SpeakersLondon", "SpeakersLosAngeles", "SpeakersParis" ans so on easy tables, all with same layout. How could Xamarin access one of them, depending on some configuration ?

Add Instructions in readme for when android target fails to build

When getting the project fresh from Github and opening in Visual Studio, some users can get android build failures of type Unzipping failed for android_m2repository.

Add instructions in readme of lab to link to https://xamarinhelp.com/debugging-xamarin-android-build-and-deployment-failures/, which has a section on how to fix this problem.

iOS 10 not listed as supported...

Slide #9 of the "Intro to Xamarin" slide deck doesn't include iOS 10.

Also, would it be possible to get the slides in PowerPoint format so I can correct little things like this myself and submit a PR?

ViewController template does not come with Foundation

Although Item 19 shows an image where "using Foundation;" is listed in ViewController.cs, this line of code must be added manually by the developer as it does not appear to come with the template in Xamarin Studio version 5.9.3. I recommend that this be explicitly mentioned somewhere in the lab steps.
