Create a github action for release

Example:

DLL: ABC.dll, depends on managed assembly DEF.exe. The DEF.exe will show in red on the list view and be listed under the errors. This occurs as the code only attempts to load assemblies with DLL extensions for a root assembly that is a DLL.

I've tested a simple but incomplete fix which worked nicely. Hopefully have some time to do it right and if this is still open I'll fork and send a pull request.

Add screen to see differences between two assemblies

Change model to avoid a lot of tree iteration (add link cache)

Change ci and use github action

During:

• search by name
• treeview creation
