Update reqs

Add go get golang.org/x/sys/windows to the setup steps to make life easier for us non go folks :)

Go requirement fails

While installing requirements, i come to this issue :

$ go get golang.org/x/sys/windows
package golang.org/x/sys/windows: build constraints exclude all Go files in /home/user/go/pkg/mod/golang.org/x/[email protected]/windows

$ go version
go version go1.17.1 linux/amd64

I have seen 1 similar issue on githu but i don't understand how to solve it

Ignoring the issue obviously fails too:

$ python3 morbol.py ....
syscalls/types_windows.go:4:2: no required module provides package golang.org/x/sys/windows: go.mod file not found in current directory or any parent directory; see 'go help modules'
