sentry cli dont accepts the / as a tag

what i did
- name: set-env
run: echo ::set-env name=TAG::$(echo ${GITHUB_REF:10})
- name: Create release on Sentry
... default code.... // without env.tag

maybe it could be a way to put that :10 split in [ -n "$TAG" ]
