all system stabil working but i have a one problem

this a server config file

i'm start geth
go-ethereum/build/bin/geth --rpc --rpcport "8555" --rpcaddr "127.0.0.1"

then start run.js and updateBalances.js

run.js edited

app.listen(3333);
console.log('run.js on 3333');

so when time open miner cant connect ethminer -F http://ipadress:3333/ /
give this error
JSON-RPC problem. Probaly couldn't connect....

but i'm change my geth ip adres for my server adress
go-ethereum/build/bin/geth --rpc --rpcport "8555" --rpcaddr "46.166.xxx.xxx"

and open browser 46.166.xxx.xxx:8555 give rpc response

where is wrong and can you help me pls
