How to include the plugins?

Hello
The repo has been really helpful in deploying grafana dashboards to heroku.
Can you pls provide some info on how can we include our custom unsigned plugins to the grafana dashboard that is deployed to heroku?

heroku-run.sh has no permission to run

When heroku tries to start the dyno I am getting:

Seems like the heroku-run.sh does not have permission to run. I tried to change permissions with chmod -x and then redeploy the container, but it didn't work.
