Small learning API demonstrating Hexagonal Architecture and DDD with Hono.

• src/domains/users: user model, ports, services, and adapter-to-domain mappers.
• src/adapters/inbound/httpapi: Hono routes, Zod contracts, authentication, validation, and problem responses.
• src/adapters/outbound/persistence/in-memory-users: Map-backed user repository.
• src/infrastructure: configuration, injected logging, and fetch-backed HTTP client.
• src/app: explicit dependency wiring.

Send Authorization: Bearer learning-token. The static token is deliberately insecure and exists only for learning; do not use it in a real deployment.
