• "DbContextOptionsBuilder" does not contain the definition of "Use Sqlite", and it was not possible to find an available extension method "UseSqlite" that accepts the type "DbContextOptionsBuilder" as the first argument (perhaps the using directive or the assembly reference was omitted).
