I used to get errors when trying to launch netflix in safari or play apple tv shows, now it tries to load but instead of loading it just stays loading and never plays. here is an example

Is it cause by Voodooi2c bug or it's a bug with our patches? i've opened up a bug in Voodooi2c too:

First this is not an issue at all! @xxxzc thank you very much for creating this repository. Now we finally have an alternative to clover for the XPS 9570. I was trying to get OC working few weeks ago but gave up hoping some smarter guys as you would create a working OC setup. And I appreciate that you decided to try to keep the whole repo in English even though it's not your main language. Even with a translator, I'm having a hard time understanding the other repos and issues documented in Chinese.

Btw what's the reason you are using VBoxHfs over HfsPlus? And what exactly isn't working with Bluetooth? I'd gladly have a look if you could point me in the right direction.

I'm using Catalina 10.15.4 right now. After update EFI with your released 2004, my touchpad cannot drag with one finger (double tap, hold and then drag to select text). I tried put back VoodooI2C v2.3 and drag function work normally.

Everything works fine. But after some time (I cannot tell how much, sometime its 10 min, sometimes it's 30min) the USB devices stop working.
i'm using a usb 3.0 hub with a network card to run wired internet and also a Acer predator monitor with another hub integrated, both stop working, but the keyboard and trackpad work just fine.
It doens't matter if I reconnect them, once they stop working they don't work anymore until a reboot.
Both work fine in windows.
Using latest version of catalina 10.15.4

Mine is XPS-9570 4K version, with Wireless card changed to DW1830, macOS version is 10.15.3. Bluetooth and Wi-Fi works fine, but Airdrop dose not work. My friend's 9570 with DW1830 on 10.15.4, whose AirDrop also not working.
Is there any solution, or AirDrop just not works.

I'm on the latest version of the EFI, and after a few minutes of Safari usage, the GPU gets stuck at 1 GHz clock. I have verified this using Intel Power Gadget. Currently, I am on 10.15.3 but I have experienced this on 10.15.4, 10.15.5, and 10.15.6. Does anyone know why this happens/any workarounds for stopping it?

This issue causes the CPU voltage to increase, killing the battery life and making the laptop very hot.

PS：DA300转HDMI 可能会出现内置屏幕黑屏现象，
解决：合盖开盖 或 无操作等一会儿屏幕睡眠后再唤醒，内置屏幕亮后就正常了

This is the last issue and the only real one I have found using your OpenCore configuration. After using your repo 1 entire week, I am amazed, your Power Management is the best of all the repos I tried, but right now I needed to change back to LuletterSoul's one with Clover, as sidecar is not working on it, and I don't have problems using it on LuletterSoul repo.

Do you know how it can be fixed?

最高频率上不去，正常应该在3.9g但是基本都锁在3.1.。。。满载时性能差异明显

200130 Clover版之后更新的版本，无法通过键盘亮度调节按钮进行亮度调节。

With the both the latest and previous versions of the EFI, the boot time to recovery is very very slow--it takes about 5 minutes to get in. The same happens when FileVault is enabled--the boot time rises to even 10 minutes!

I read that this can be due to outdated EFI drivers for Catalina, but the most up-to-date OpenCore drivers are used. Has anyone had luck with faster boot times?

使用了1.3 2.现在放大。现在效果挺好

7590 1080p屏幕刚从clover转来OC，clover下type-c读卡器不能使用，oc也一样么？
另，不知9570的触摸板是否同样情况：
1、不用TPDX，kernel_task占用一直14%，使用不够顺滑，有滞后感，而且不能使用双击拖移
2、用屏蔽触摸屏的TPDX，kernel_task便是同描述一样，但使用很顺滑，滞后感较低，可以使用双击拖移，和我在clover下体验一致
HDMI和clover下一样无法热插拔，可通过睡眠解决
clover下若核显高负载后长时间睡眠，睡醒后极大几率保持300MHz，在tonymacx86上看过UHD630同样问题。OC后测试几次短暂睡眠暂无发现

大佬近期是否会添加对Big Sur的支持呢。我尝试使用本库的oc/clover配置，注入edid，皆无法正常启动通过虚拟机安装好的macOS 11。

TB3插入TB16，通过TB16的HDMI（HKC T4000）和TB2(Dell U2414)连接显示器，其中 Dell U2414 会无显示输出。
从luletterSoul的配置中，把显示器注入部分扣回来就好了。

macOS-IOElectrify 试了一下，好像没啥用

I installed Catalina using your OC EFI today and it is working great for the most part.
The only issue I experienced until now is that the trackpad doesn't always work right for me.

Often, if I move the cursor around, it will suddenly stop and won't move again until I lift my finger and try again. Then after a second or two it will be stuck again and so on.
Then there are also times where I can move the cursor perfectly and it won't get stuck at all. But that is rare.
Gestures work well, cursor feels precise and well apart from this annoying problem.

Anyone else have this problem or knows what can be the cause?

With your config, highest brightness equals nearly 50%-60% brightness of Windows.I think brightness config should be tuned up.My panel is Sharp 4K panel that is different from XPS 9550 4k Panel. I have both laptops.This problem exists in 9550 Panel too with your 9550 config,i dont know if you noticed it or not.

One more problem,The brightness keys have very minimal impact in lower steps and very high impact in the last 3 steps.I tried to fix it with " Name (SCFT, 45)" in SSDT-BCKM.aml but it doesn't have any effect.Can you explain how do we distribute brightness adjustments more equally.

Thanks for your amazing work. I tried your EFI on my xps 15. However, my CPU is pinned to ~4.0 ghz and won't clock down. The activity monitor shows 70-80% usage for kernal_task. Any idea what it could be?

One issue that I've been having since a long time is the low headset (3.5mm) mic input volume--it doesn't appear to be amplified, so when using the jack and Apple EarPods, I can't be heard well on phone calls.

Is anyone else facing the same issue? I think this is an issue with the layout configuration. Maybe there is an incorrect value for the mic input?

Hi,
I'm trying to test the new recently updated Sinetek SD Card Reader kext (https://github.com/cholonam/Sinetek-rtsx/releases/tag/Releases%2Fv2.3) but I noticed that whilst using this EFI (and even without the kext injected) the memory card reader does not show up at all under USB or PCI in system information. If I remember correctly it used to be visible in one of those sections when I was using a different 9570 EFI.

Is there anything in your OpenCore configuration which has disabled the SD Card reader (i.e. to save power) under macOS? Thanks!
