Add the feature to upload file (csv) to the flask app

Currently the flask app is very basic and unstyled. Add some css and images for a better look.

Various situations arise that result in multiple duplicate entries in a csv file. Add a feature to delete those entries.

After uploading the file (issue #9) Use epurifier to process the file (Use default parameters for now).

Add a provisional landing page

Install dependencies (+ flask) on the virtual environment.

Add a button or redirect the user to the processed file (#9 #10).

Currently it searches the first line in csv for a text as email. and considers that column as the email column. Several csv files may not have a header line and hence making the column user selectable makes the program more usable.

Add an optional parameter that specifies the column that contains the emails

Currently when the command is invoked with a mismatched number of arguments it shows an ugly python error message. Replace it with a usage text :

epurifier <input file> <output file>
