Change button sizes on greeting page to be equal
Simplify sign up/sign in buttons so the user /restaurant is not confused

After deleting an item from the order, adding additional items duplicate it.

• Calculate subtotal and tip totals
• Update as items get added

the view menu table should show following infomation

• the dish name
• the dish description
• ingredients
• the dish price

• calculate total cost before user click "place order"
• show restaurant menu to help user choose food
• lead user to enter payment info

A signed in user does not be redirected to /users/home when he visit the root page.
