정의

사용자가 마커의 상태를 변경할때 이어지는 작업(서버에 요청 전송 등)을 하기 위한 지점이 필요함

• @state:before - current 에서 next로 바꾸기 전
• @state.after - prev에서 current로 바뀐 후(current는 @state:before에서 next와 동일)

@state:before에서 return false 를 호출할 경우 상태 변경을 취소하는 기능도 필요할 듯
