Need an scripting language for import and export bot brain. Cosidering Javascript or Typescript based:

Initialize chatbot by run script: npm run init then users can start app without error if the database has not restored yet.

I want a new annotation editor for entities tagging. The current editor is not suitable for Vietnamese!
