What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Working w/TortoiseSVN on Windows
2. Tried to build a local folder
3. Ended up importing in something bogus

How can that folder be delete?

Added basic code to obtain death information

It seems clear that this platform can support the development of scripts 
written in ASCII ... but what about input datasets that are used to test the 
scripts (typically in a binary format, say .sas7bdat, .xpt or .xls)?

Also, it would be great to be able to show example output - which also is 
typically in a binary format (.jpg, .rtf, .pdf).
