Dirichlet factor analysis model and its application in microbiome data analysis.

• MCMC_fns.R: main functions for doing MCMC for the Dirichlet factor analysis model

• factor_sim/: contains scripts used to generate Figure 2

• application/: contains scripts used to generate Figure 3 and 4. GlobalPatterns dataset is contained in the phyloseq package and Ravel dataset can be downloaded here

• ultitilies.R: useful helper functions
