Some issues needs to clarify

Here are the found issues to clarify
Refer to TODO in cache layer code to see the detail

  1. How to initialize a node class with given ID
  2. How to generate the newest timestamp, we need the latest integer of timestamp to do timestamp += 1, but currently we don't know where to get the latest integer(sometimes timestamps from NameService is -1 or doesn't exist)
  3. If we wanna use command API def command(self, cmd: str, key: str, timestamp: int, *args) -> any to set new value in cache, we put the value in *args, right?
