Config - Microsoft Bing Speech API

  1. Download Nuget - A Windows x86 commandline tool via https://www.nuget.org/downloads and choose latest version
  2. Add downloaded .exe file to environment variable directory
  3. In windows command line, use following command to download latest version of bing speech client library
nuget install Microsoft.ProjectOxford.SpeechRecognition-x64
