An open-source effort in creating a web-comics engine/framework for digital artists / creators. for deployment of comic issues/storys on the web, utilising the best of design and browser capabilities. working well across all devices.

CAPOW

This project is to create a responsive web comics engine that allows creator to think about the medium and utilise the latest CSS3/HTML5 techniques to create engaging powerful storytelling environments. Primarily focussing in the world of comics.

Why CAPOW?

C.A.P.O.W could stand for one of the following:

  • Comics: Accessible Publishing Online WebEngine
  • Comics Augmented Publishing Online WebEngine
  • Comics Authored Publishing Online WebEngine
  • Comics Architectural Publishing Online WebEngine

I am hoping there can be some discussion about this before settling on the correct explanation of the Acronym.
