A simple terminal UI to search and select a branch to switch to.

The branches are ordered by their last checkout so the most recent ones are immediately accessible (nice to switch between active branches). Hit UP or DOWN to select a branch (HOME and END also work). Start typing to filter the list using fuzzy search (nice when you need to find an old branch). Hit ENTER to switch to the branch.

Relies on ncursesw for the TUI.

Works on Linux. Probably works on other UNIX targets. It might work on Windows with MinGW (might need patches to Curses and LibCurses).
