Use Warehouse's gateway to create a new Order after creating a subscription.

Pass userID, subscriptionID, and quantity params to Warehouse to create an order.

Currently, when building any Expresso microservice, I receive this error:

Hook into Shippo to create shipping labels for each subscription.

To create a shipping label, I need to get User and Roaster attributes from Towncenter using the gateway. Once I obtain this information, I can successfully post the information to Shippo to start the label creation process.

covenant should check coinage for a customer's info before allowing a subscription to be created.
