TeXLive -(由国际 TeX用户组织TUG发的 TeX 系统，支持不同的操作系统平台。)，推荐使用，适用于Windows，Linux平台下载地址，种子下载。安装教程：Linux 系统下原版 texlive 2016 的安装与配置，TeXLive安装过程演示，Windows下的安装与配置；

MacTeX -适用于MacOS，下载地址，新手下载完整版本，不要下载smaller版本；

MikTeX -适用于Windows平台，下载地址，同样，新手下载使用完整版本，不要下载试用basic版本；

其他版本 -如proTeXt是封装了MikTeX并把TeXStudio作为前端编辑器。CTeX封装了MikTeX，集成了编辑器 WinEdt 和 PostScript处理软件 Ghostscript 和 GSview 等主要工具。 CTeX 中文套装在 MiKTeX 的基础上增加了对中文的完整支持。 尤其是老的中文支持方式如 CJK, CCT等多种中文TeX处理方式，不作为主推版本使用，适合特定环境下使用。
注意：以上版本在一个平台上只能安装一个发行版，请勿随意安装。
