Developer info

Please send your pull request to the testing branch.

To try the testing branch, please proceed like that:

sudo yunohost app install https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/kavita_ynh/tree/testing --debug
or
sudo yunohost app upgrade kavita -u https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/kavita_ynh/tree/testing --debug

permission error

i've found that adding

api.auth_header = false

to the manifest.toml work much better when also being signed into yunohost and using kavita, without you will need to log out of yunohost.

there are many updates

the actual package ships the v0.7.2, but there are many new versions available !
at the moment, the current version is the v0.7.7 :)

Permission Issue?

Describe the bug

Kavita will detect Media in Library folders and extracts Metadata, but it's unable to cache covers nor am I able to read the added Media. This happens with .cbz as well as .epub files.

Context

• Hardware: Old laptop
• YunoHost version: 11.2.9.1 (stable)
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen | Via SFTP
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: No
• Using package version: 0.7.13~ynh1

Steps to reproduce

• If the error occurs in your browser, explain what you did:
  1. Open Kavita in Browser
  2. Go to Server Settings
  3. Click on Libraries
  4. Click on add Library
  5. Add media folder located in "/home/yunohost.multimedia/Admin/Manga" (Comics, Ebook)
  6. Kavita will scan but never finish the task, stuck on 0% for "Refreshing Covers"

Expected behavior

Kavita scans my Media and adds it to the Library, but actually with Cover and usable within Kavita
