Cannot build project when vite.config.ts is either renamed to vite.config.mts or converting the project package.json to include "type": "module".

Currently the set up Yarn version on the actions/setup-node@v4 is 1.22.21.

This is why Yarn cannot build the package as I used the latest stable version (4.0.2) at the time of writing this.

• Install Yarn v4 on Build CI
• Use yarn --immutable --immutable-cache --check-cache for PR safety
