due to not using open sourced net core analoge,
please, is it possible to know what libs dependenced from .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer be packed and share to somewhere (some "rapidshare"-like place)

this pack being unpacked and placed to working folder should support portable working without needed installing the .NET Framework 4.7.2 or newer !!!

Looks like some users face launch-crash issue caused by GetInterfaces() returning an empty list.
It may be possible that netsh output is localized (for some languages) thus Regex fails to match.
Further investigation is required.
