Where Can I get the fine tuned .ckpt or .pb file?

When i run python -B main.py -t --batch_size 40 --epochs 200 --base_learning_rate=0.0001 --decay_factor=0.1 --decay_epochs=100 --no_gpus=1
I get the following result in training output:

where can i get the pretrained weights file?

So where is .pb file - tensorflow model?

Running this command python -B main.py -t --batch_size 40 --epochs 200 --base_learning_rate=0.0001 gave me this error. Can you tell me where is that file ?
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/home/mansour/roadway_intel-master/split/train_meta.txt'
