Deallocate still has bugs that are caught by the unit tests. Need to fix them 
so the tests pass.

Deallocate isn't handling freeblocks before and after correctly. Two of the 
sentinels are mismatched.

Write a heap manager

Write wiki with atleast 30 lines.
