wrong annotations

Hi.

Could you please check the type annotations bellow?

read_metadata -> FileMetaData
read_schema -> Schema

python 3.11.6?

Tried installing with pip install pyarrow-stubs but I get:

ERROR: Ignored the following versions that require a different python version: 10.0.1.1 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 10.0.1.2 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 10.0.1.3 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 10.0.1.4 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 10.0.1.5 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11; 10.0.1.6 Requires-Python >=3.7,<3.11
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement pyarrow-stubs (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for pyarrow-stubs

My installed python version is 3.11.6.

Is there a reason this can't work with 3.11.6 or just need to release a new version with the constraints relaxed?
