Via menu missing certain channels

The "Via" drop down menu seems to be missing a couple of channels, at least web (for form submitted tickets) and mobile sdk. They can still be specified in the search bar itself, but that seems contrary to the point of the tool/would be helpful to have available in that menu.

Exporting Organization field

Is there any way to see the organization's name in the export instead of the numerical ID?

How to export all rows to excel

I used the advanced search for a query it returned 7400 results but when I click export it only exports the first 92 lines, how do I export all the returned results to excel

Advanced Search uses the Zendesk Apps Framework V1

According to a message that popped up in the Zendesk UI, this is built on Zendesk Apps Framework v1, and those apps will not be able to work after October 2019

Tickets Only

I installed the Adv Search App tonight and it will only search tickets. I can see the drop-down for users and such but it won't let me choose anything.

Transparent Icon

Fantastic add-on, thank you so much.

Is there any way the icon can be given a transparent background though, currently it looks pretty ugly against our (admittedly hideous) corporate colours.

& breaking Advanced Search

Hi,

In Advanced Search, when I search using '&' symbol in any of the fields, the search does not return any result. Example, we have a Organization NuView - Baker & Hostetler

When I search using Baker & Hostetler, there is no result.

Another issue I noticed is, in Advanced search results, the Group column shows numeric values instead of the Group names.

Please help.

Invalid date in results when search

When I search without a status value, the results's created and updated dates are "invalid date".
If I select Status as open, the dates are well displayed.

Downloading to CSV Exports Ids not Names

After the 7-11-2016 update, the Export CSV option does not export names for the Assignee and Requester fields anymore. This has been an issue with the Group field for a while, but this had never been a problem for the Assignee or Requester before.

Advanced Search Icon Missing and Layout

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with the Advanced Search display, the app icon is not appearing (the text "Advanced Search" is appearing instead). We tested after completely clearing cache in both FF and Chrome, the issue persists.

Can you please assist?

Multiple Tags

We use several tags in our Zendesk tickets. I'm currently testing Advanced Search to see if we can use it to run daily/monthly reports regarding partner issues.

How should the tags be inputted when searching with multiple tags? I've tried with commas, semicolons, extra space but nothing seems to work. Is it possible to search with multiple tags?

Examples of how I searched for tags but none seem to work:

• inquiry, authentication_questions, 4

• inquiry; authentication_questions; 4

• "inquiry" "authentication_questions" "4"

Solved Date in extract

Is it possible to get the solved date to pull in the Advanced Search extract?

Is there a way to search by "form" field?
