Apart from the standard file name required for videos to be imported, i.e. X?Y?R?W?C?, the system will treat two files as the same if the have the same prefix X?Y?R?W?C?.
For example - I now have to files: X0Y0R1W1C0_561 and X0Y0R1W1C0_638 or X0Y0R1W1C0_561_cycle0 and X0Y0R1W1X0_561_cycle1, the code can only analyse the first video C0Y0R1W1C0_561 or X0Y0R1W1C0_561_cycle0 but not X0Y0R1W1C0_638 or X0Y0R1W1X0_561_cycle1,

It would be great if the following functions can be added in the thred_results csv files in the diffraction-limited analyses:

1. Mean intensity
2. Mean area
3. Contribution of the number of particles per FOV to the whole well

Mode: CMD
Problem: generate_reports() being interrupted and exit the program without any error message. The problem only occurs when generate_reports() is called right after calling call_ComDet_2().
Solution: Temporary solution would be calling generate_reports() again.

I now have two videos super-constructed and drift corrected. Well done.
Tried filtering and cluster analyses, a couple of problems exist. I also have one more suggestion.
Problems:

1. Files for the second video missing, both filtered and clustered.csv - as shown in the attached picture.
2. Summary file for all videos missing.
   Suggestion:
   It would also be great if you can add a suffix in the _clustered.csv file as _clustered_75_2.csv to indicate the parameters (eps and min sample) used for DBSCAN.

Cannot load files from Dropbox (local files) into the super-reconstruction Analysis, as attached.
However, these files, same location, can be loaded to the Diffraction-Limited Analyses.
