Currently http://code4osm.org/tags/ has no navigation back to the main page, for example.

It would be nice to help readers move from a project they are interested in, to the project page(s) directly. All projects should have a repo, but some may also have a suitable website.

Either links in the navigation column, at the bottom of the page, or both?

Various pages in the essentials directory consist of little more than "TODO".

The project documentation contains a Table of Contents, which on a wide screen should be on the left of the main documentation column:

But on a narrow screen it should be at the top (possibly collapsed). Instead, it is "behind" the main text, and not clickable (tested on Chrome).

Bootstrap is a great starting place, but a splash of colour (or even a few pictures) would go a long way to making the site more visually attractive.

These will help people set up a dev environment.

There are currently 3 projects defined. As a guide, the list of projects used by EWG for the development survey would be a good place to start.
