Mark first N (or all but last N) podcasts as downloaded

When adding a podcast to the feed, many times you only want the latest episode. To acheive this, the only way to do so (that I can see) is to mark EVERYTHING as downloaded, then edit the log file to remove the URLs for the podcasts you would still like to download. Given that there is no order to the logfile, this isn't as easy as just deleting the stuff from the bottom.

Also, the above is a poor option because it affects every feed with episodes waiting for download. Unless there is a way to mark a single feed as fully-downloaded, which I do not see in the help message.

new feature: list good but dormant feeds

Empirically, I've found a fair number of feeds in my podcasts.conf
that are valid, but stale; ie the website is no longer providing any
new podcasts.

How about a logging feature that would list URLs for these
sites. Maybe a switch:

--dormant MONTHS

such that above switch would create a STDERR warning with text something like:

"last update for URLHERE was DATEHERE"

so we could grep the logs, and remove those sites from podcasts.conf.

Set # of podcasts to download

I don't download podcasts very often, is the a way to set GoldenPod to download only the n most recent podcasts from the feeds in the podcasts.conf file?
