Does not build on macOS

This applies to mathpaqs from Alire.

The project does not build (link) out-of-the-box on macOS [1]. Reason: --gc-sections is not known by macOS ld.
The swich is used in the project file [2] when Mathpaqs_Build_Mode = Fast. The switch makes the executable smaller, not faster.
Builds fine on macOS without the switch.
The corresponding switch for macOS ld is -dead_strip.
