Change: auth flow

We need to update the current CLI basic authentication flow to use the node-sdk. Reducing duplication of that logic and ensure we have a consistent and known location with which to test it.

In addition to this we need to add MFA auth support within the CLI. This will be dependent upon the completion of zesty-io/node-sdk#44

API endpoints hardcoded

Auth and accounts API endpoints are hardcoded. Need to look for a better solution to easily swap the cli build in dev, stage and prod

Update cli

  • node version to latest
  • dependencies to latest
  • fix any issues
