this is another special character decoding issues, but it seems to be platform specific, using the import locale;locale.getencoding() for the enocoding, it will wrongly show é as ‚, and 7zip cli will not be able to extract it, similar error would happen as this #7

Do the /raw_folder_decrypt or any command with a save_files option with this archive, and the bot will not be able to find saves in it, will get and error

this is an issue with the 7zip cli tool, rendering arabic letters as underscores, which are useless as it cannot extract with such thing

With the new release of the pppwn exploit 11.00 is now jailbreakable and as such maybe you should add support for it

It would be nice if we can use it also for 11.00
